Curiously enough, I like word from office 98 much better than the word that comes with XP (I also prefer windows 98 over XP). i wouldn't be surpirsed if microsoft is devolving.
However, I think we have digressed from the topic at hand.
I think that the advantage a light mech with axe has over a heavier one is speed, at the cost of damage. Heavier designs make the opposite sacrafice (damage at cost of speed). In all, it balances out, untill you take armour into consideration. Then the heavier designs have the survivability, but the lighter ones have mobility. It is all in what you want: Speed and mobility or punch and survivability.

If you are willing to get close to anything, that has some effective close-range weapons with light mech. (heavier machines may smash you, and lighter ones will avoid you and shoot you with weapons they have instead of hatchet )

Yeah, that will only really matter when FASA adds in rules for Ride-by-Attacks. Until then, the light mech is a little like a lilliputin wacking on Gulliver's toes. _________________ "Politics is the Art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, misdiagnosing the problem, and applying the wrong solution."

If FASA adds rules I'll be ignoring them.
Now if FanPro does it I may pay attention.

Okay, Chihawk, it's not the right place to ask, but it's been bugging me. Is you're signature a quote from Jethro Tull?

Yes, a song called "Hymn 43" off of Aqualung.

Yeah, that would make sense. I couldn't quite remember, I haven't listened to Aqualung recently. I thought it might have been from Thick as a Brick.
For those who are either too young or not intersted, Jethro Tull is a British 'rock' band that's been around since the late 1960s. And by 'rock', I mean that they've every type of music that isn't rap or country.
To quote Ian Anderson:
"We've been everything to everybody. We started off as a little old Blues band, then became a Blues/Rock band. Folkrock band, art rock band, classic rock band. Even a Progressive rock band."

They even own the dubious distinction of having won the first ever award for top heavy metal band. It was a landmark. It showed how much people knew about heavy metal...nothing. Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Ithink Ozzy were the others nominated but they goobers at MTV thought a dancing flutist was heavy metal.

I was approving posts and stumbled on this (yes, it shows how far I am behind ).
The category they won in was "Hard Rock/Heavy Metal", and it was the Grammys. The year after the Grammys separated the two genres into separate categories.
I had all the albums that were nominated and Tull's was the best BTW...
