Now this I like. This 'Mech manages to carry three of my favorite weapons, all at once. And they work well together here, too. The only flaw is that it's a little slow, but we can't change that without an XL engine. I like this one quite a bit.
My only major quibble would be the ammunition - there seems to be to much Streak ammo and not enough RAC ammo. It's also a touch light on armor - you might want to consider losing the hand/lower arm actuators for FF armor. You'll get flip arms out of it too - helpful with the lowish speed.
