Okay, XL engine, and too many heat sinks.
Not great armour for a heavy mech, and this is assault class with the vulnerable XL engine.
Its an okay weapons load out. Just I wonder how its useful. I just don't see it being really all that good even in Clan on Clan duels.
1 the heatsinks at longrange weapons fire is 31-32 +2-4 for movement this a total possible of 36 heat this is one extra heat sink
at close range its weapons 33 not including the uac5 +movement of 4 brings heat up to a possible 38-39 this i cosider a good heat curve for a clan design even an old pre omnimech design
2 the armor (ferro fibrous ) is the max available for a 95 tonner
i`m not attacking your reviews Blackhand but i just see the need to clarify certin points your reviews are a very gtood way of finding flaws and improving a design and so helpful and for the most part accurate

31 to 32 possible with 2-4 for movement. 33-36 tops.
Close I'm not so sure on. I've got a rough idea formed I'll run it by you.
Pull the Small pulse and 2 heat sinks and leave your long range bracket slowly building you heat if you jump too much. Strap in 3 ER Mediums.
Then your Close range is 31 heat plus 2-4 movement and your damage goes up with less reliance on same weapon suite.
I'll fully admit I never ever manage to remember the total number of points an assault mech can mount and ferro fibrous screws up my internal counting method. So yeah, definately I didn't recognize that its maxed. However, I'm of the mindset you can never have enough armour on XL engined mechs.
I am thankful that you like my reviews and find them insightful. I find flaws because you guys are covering turf, I have in the past. I try to be very helpful and approachable by other players. I don't hide my secrets when asked about things in games. I'll admit my accuracy frequently sucks when I look at Ferro armoured mechs.

cheers man the small pulse choice was made for keeping the design in line with the origianal banshee but i would see nothing wrong with pulling a DHS for an ecm EH??

heck you could even keep the small pulse. The twin ER mediums are almost always ebtter to fire in close than the ER PPC anyway. Since you have 4 Pulses medium as well. Your inner bracket would be tougher.
Small pulse can be kept. Just because we're stubborn sometimes when we design things;)
I'm like that too. Nobody is going to make me change the trio of AC 2s to something cooler. On the Grasshopper GHR-7K
