Not bad. Dropping the small and medium laser would give you tonnage for an LRM 15, which would be truer to the Summoner.
I like that it uses endo-steel, which the Summoner lacks. The Summoner (and Mad Dog) always felt inefficient (wasteful) without endo steel. Aren't the Jade Falcons supposed to be the most waste abhoring? The Warhawk has this problem too, but that's kind of off topic now.
I'd say something about Vagabond's Project Chibi, but he's only doing IS 'Mechs, if I recall.

I would have given it an LRM-10, but I figured the hit chances would be better with twin LRM-5s. If one slavo misses, you get a second shot with the other launcher. An LRM-15 would only have 8 shots, which is not enough in my book. Although I could pack on three LRM-5s with two tons of ammo (that's 16 shots each) if I lost a half-ton of armor...
As for the lack of Endo-Steel on the Summoner, it would probably be to keep manufacturing costs down. Regular structure can be manufactured anywhere, but Endo-Steel has to be carefully manufactured in a null-G environment.

A Clan LRM 15 weighs 3.5 tons, quiaff? You've got two tons in two LRM 5s, so losing ML and SL gives you 1.5 tons more, which equals 3.5. This leaves ammo tonnage the same at two tons.
Multiple launchers are more more likely to score some damage (three chances to hit), but a single one is more likely to score full or near full damage (need one high roll, instead of three). I myself prefer the higher yield to the geater chance of scoring some damage, which is why I suggested it.

But the infrastructure (orbital facilities) to create endo steel already exists. The stuff is in Kit Foxes and Cougars. So it's not costing them much extra to build endo steel. And, like bladewind says, the thing's already got an XL engine. There's no cutting costs after that. So I can't see it as anything but wasteful, a deliberate attempt to make the expense of that XL engine deliver less than it otherwise could.
And since when does anyone but the Blood Spirits try to cut costs on front-line Omnis? And they do it with standard engines. (Kingfisher and Stooping Hawk)

The CLRM-15 with 1 ton of ammo comes to 4.5 tons. If I remove the twin CLRM-5s and the two lasers, then I have 4.5 tons of free space. That's 8 shots.

lol. Whoops. LRM 5s have 24 shots per ton. Not 12. I kept counting that as two tons of LRM 5 ammo, which would have given you two tons LRM 15 ammo. But I suppose you'd've seen that if it were right. Sorry about that.
