If you want to give it claws, get a hold of the old Tactical Handbook, and give it claws.
Also, the AC-20 jammed becasue of armour melting over the exhaust port, not a roll of 2. Assume a critical hit, taking the gun off-line.

It don't have claws here because they are level 3 tech, and this is the level 2 version.

True. And, since it was from the old Tactical handbook, all the rules in there have been lost to the ages anyway. Except on some Mech designs from the Solaris era.
