Does the Inner Sphere have access to the Targeting Computer? Aside from taking them off skragged Clan machines, I mean?

Only the Federated Suns portion of the FedCom as well as the wobbies.
However the IS version is inefficient. Weighs one ton for every four tons of direct fire weapons.

Best to go Lvl 3 tech and mount one of the special targeting comps, (Variable, Multy Trac, ect). they only weigh .5 to 1 ton and take up one spot in the head, And give some decent bonuses.
