Grrrr. I've never seen a flash game crash before. It wouldn't let me reload, and those fools couldn't hit me to kill me and restart. Time for another try.

The oval office was cake but I am having trouble in the hallway with Rice.

The hallway with Rice isn't that bad. But the two guys in doors are hard to hit, as one's hard to see and one's near the dge of the screen. I tend to save them for when they're the only targets visible.
I have yet to beat the fountain; every time I try to shoot, I get shot. It's to the point that I can't shoot at all.

The fountain is doable, once you get used to it. It still takes luck to keep from getting pinned down, though. Did the second on medium difficulty - the stairway is harder, but the fountain seemed easier.
