Ok all you design freaks out there. Here is the low-down on this contest of mine. Design a lvl 1 3025 design with the highest BV you can get. The person with the highest BV wins.
Please submit all designs to me via PM. Any designs posted on the board will be deleted/edited and that person will be disqualified. All submiters are allowed to submit only one design, if you submit more then one I will post the design submitted first.
Please submit all designs by 11:49pm [PST] on 04/28/04.

Highest BV? I don't even try to calculate BV for the designs I make. That'll be a challange and a half for me.
