very sad that the place went down.
more sad that the stuff that was once on the site is gone.
i'm very interested in hearing the full story of what happened.
and if any of that stuff can still be recovered
i hear that the guy who ran the site (i'll assume his handle is RavenHeart) hangs out here once in a while.

Ravenheart hasn't been here in a while. Too bad to see his site is down though

When Mordel's came back up, the traffic to the War Room all but ceased (I was one of the last posters there.) A few months after, the site that Ravenheart was hosting his message board through went bust. You couls still get into the Fortress aspect, but eventually, that too was shut down. Ravenheart does occasionally come here, but from what I got from him, he's one busy guy.

I have not seen Ravenheart for awhile. I Did not even know his site crashed. That is sad news.
BTW: Welcome to Mordel's. I checked out your site. And I have to ask. Where did you get that kicking GIF of the LAM. It looks a old Robotech Veratech fighter.

ya that gif is of the vf-11 in the macross continum.
designed to replace the ageing vf-1 valkery.
the vf-11 thunderbolt, shares many of the features, but has better engines, improved manuvering thrusters, and updated avionics and controls.
capable of attaining orbit without the use of booster rockets or pack.
standard weapons consist of a rail cannon, much like the vf-1, but with better range, damage, and ammo loads.
secondary weapons are the head laser and bayonet. there is a anti-mecha bayonet attached to the rail guns end.
added defense in way of hand held shield.
possible attachments: FAST packs, and undercarage missiles.
speeds of mach 6+.
