Perhaps a "technology timeline" could be stickeyed up to the forum? It would probably help some people to be able to see what technologies were introduced when, and who uses them, to write better fluff (and we all know how important fluff is  ).

For example: Who developed the Light Gauss Rifle? Is the Federated Suns the only house faction with Rotary Autocannon technology? When did each of these systems come about?

This stuff is unfortunately WHY you need to buy sourcebooks. They're expensive, but you can normally pick them up used on Ebay. I've only got a couple of the FM (Field Manual) that I want thus far. I have FM Federated Suns, FM Comstar, FM Jade Falcon. Working on FM Capellan Confederation and FM Lyran right now...

Also, just for future reference this kinda stuff normally belongs in the Site Bugs & Enhancements forum... don't know what the mods will decide with it tho. Just FYI
