I was looking through some older files and ran across this mech. I know it got mentioned twice in canon material, one being the merc Handbook 3055 and the THB. Not much was given on the mech then and a couple of others got mentioned as well but no stats. So this is my take on the mech.
If anyone has their own version or ideas on this one please let me know.
