He must have thought he was Santa Clause, only thing is though is that his perception of Santa was a little screwed up.

lol. Maybe he was a really bad boy, so Santa came and took all his presents away. Or took his coal away?
Hard to believe that anyone's fool enough to try to get into a house through the chimney. I like how he says he was chased there. By what? Reindeer?

You know atleast once a year I read about some fool getting stuck in a chimney tring to burgle a place...You would think by now these fools would get the message.

| At the very least they'll get him on attempted burglary. He entered the residence (not very far, but he did get in) with the intention of commiting a felony (theft). Some states call that attempted burglary, others just call it burglary; and tough luck on getting caught before you finished.
