As people gather and prepare for the adventure, snoring can be heard from within Mordel's office.

Stinger finishes his sandwich as he pulls out his cell phone.
"Hey Charlie, Get the mobile hq down to the B&G, were gonna need a base of operations. Seems someone has dissapeared. Be sure you bring the portable com gear. Get it ready to roll by o600 We have to much going on for me to go but I can at least lend some tech so they can get a word out if need be."
Walks over to Mordels door. knocks twice.
"Hey Mordel I have a unit comming out to act as a communication post. I wont have the time to leave on this mission. I also have a few personel com units on their way as well they will be here in the AM. Ill try to keep my air lance in reserve incase you need major support. Ill also have one crew commendere a medical helo just in case."
After he finishes talking to Mordel he heads back to the base to reassign some of his units.

*Swaggers in with a Sunbeam pistol at his holster pocket and a rapid fire flechette rifle in his arms. A small but refined Tanto ( a japanese dagger with a 15 - 30- cm blade) carefully hidden under his jacket. The thick ancient Terra "Gore Tex" jacket and long pant and boots are his only protection from the bone biting chilling winds.
A small rug sack containing 3 reloads worth of ammo for his main weapon and 6 packed sandwiches and a six-pak of strong beer is all his has inside*
Hey i heard u gonna do some search and rescue thingy, can i come ?

As the resident Capellan, I would accompany you. It would bring honor to my house to be among this crew of yours and help rescue your friend.

*snaps back from whatever cloud she was floating on*
Hmm... sounds fun! Besides, with a small hole, you could use someone who is not going to have any trouble fitting through it

Talen smiles
"The Battleaxe. A less civilized weapon....for a less civilized warrior. Besides, polearms are very useful. Keeping yourself out of an enemy's out of their reach is nice, and it makes a good minesweeper. Its also good for pokling things...and"
Talen reaches out with the naginata, handle end first and hooks a 6 pack minus 1 of RC Edge by the Synth-plas ring and slides it down to his hand.
"...it works good with beer too."
