Ok, let's say you have $300 of disposable income that you must spend (because . . . you know . . . its been a while since you got to spend money on stuff other than food, tuition, and textbooks). From the above options, which would you choose?

Right now I am leaning towards the paintball gun. In my last sortie I was forced to use a POS $20 Wallmart special (pump of course). I got ripped up, but had fun. I figure if I am ever going to be serious in the sport I better get me some firepower.

Other: $300 worth of mutual fund. Or stocks maybe. I think BioPure just jumped from $7 to $12 in the last couple of weeks.

But hey, that's me. I've had enough of instant gratification lately, time to plan for the future.

Ha! Alright, name the time (but note that the limit has dropped from $300 to $5).

$5? D'OH

I voted video games and DVDs, but thats me ya know. You could grab a PS2 for $300, ya know! Less if you get it from the guy who is selling it form the back of his van.

As for time? Dunno...eventually!

Handgun ammo is getting expensive, though (especially for the calibers I own). I can get range time for free when I go home.

Considering the fact that I just dumped $250 (well, $290 really, but $40 of that was part of some money my mother owes me, so I'm not sure if it counts or not...hmm...actually, add another hundred to that considering part of it was in trade for a part I bought the week before) to totally replace my old computer which was dying, slowly, but steadily over the last month, I'd say computer stuff...what I have right now isn't what I want fully (video, sound and modem all integrated on motherboard, only 2 RAM slots, and no AGP or ISA slots for upgrades), but it is better than the old one (900MHz versus 400 in the old, 10.8 GB HD versus 8.4)...it'll do until I can save up some money for another system...

The timing was good and bad...I just got back my tax refund ...but I don't get to spend it on DVDs and minis now...

I am flattered that you would spend the money on porn and alcohol for me.

I just want to know who else voted for that as you have my eternal gratitude.

You're a funny guy, Cadet. Uh, I meant the option was for you. Although I could theoretically spend my money on alcohol and porno and send it to you, explaining that to people I know would be a bit weird ("Uh, yeah . . . so I bought $300 worth of porno and mailed it east . . .).

So let me get this right...you never had any intentions of actually buying me 300 dollars worth of porn and booze and then sending it too me? Some friend you are.

I mean you get the money and have the one time opportunity to send me porn and booze and what do you waste it on? Junk and a burger for Talen at the In Out Burger.

Where are your priorities man? Can you really use that paintball gun when you're 70? No. Can you still get the same enjoyment from looking at lesbians when you're 70? God knows I will.

I have so much more to teach you. Porn should always be a factor in whatever you buy. Get the bigger truck because you can haul around more porn. The bigger house to store more porn.

I feel like I have failed as a teacher.

Also, I prefer the term porn. Porno just sounds so...sleazy.
