Someone figure out Davion or Steiner or Liao Scout lance/demi company with roughly.
3000 BV is assumed, you are defender of a facility and you can pick out Infantry /Vehicles /Light Aerotech /Mechs
Just wondering what kind of forces everyone would pick if they were a garrison defender in roughly 3055 odd era.

I'd go for a classic encouter with mechs only(and some infantry or just a pinch of VTOLs)
For Federated Suns, I'd elect a Wolfhound(WLF-2) and a Firebal(ALM-7D1). You can put in an Assassin instead of the Wolfhound to leave more BV space for support units.
For Steiner - Commandos - 2D, 3A, 5S - and there you have 'some' flavor. A commando unit 
For Liao... one word... Urbie(s).

And Pos. Cant play a Liao unit without a lance or so of Po tanks.

I like it, I didn't see anything that I didn't think of. But then again you play for long enough you get a few things memorized.

But seriously. Add Centurions, Hunchbacks, Trebuchets, Catapults, Victors, and the generic mechs everyone has.
Wasp, Stinger, Locust, Phoenix Hawks, Wolverines, Shadow Hawks, Thunderbolts, Crusaders, Warhammers, Marauders, Stalkers, etc...
