								| The previous matchup called for a Dragon DRG-1C vs. an Ostsol OTL-4D. I was going through the old match-ups and discovered a discrepincy. We all took the match-up to be between an Ostsol OTL-4D vs a Dragon DRG-1N. The Dragon in question is the standard Dragon we all know and love. However the match-up called for the DRG-1C. It differed in that it mounted an AC/2 and 2 extra tons of armor. Weapons placement remained the same as did ammo tonnages and speed.
So now how will these two match up?

								| The Dragon is still a loser. Ineffective weapons, good speed and armor. Bad combination.
The Ostsol is fast enough to close in and rip the Kuritist tractor apart with it's laser battery.

 Ostsol: one vote.

								| Agree here. the dragon is less than impressive with the AC-5 and even less than impressive with the AC-2.

								| Personnally I agree with you two. However I am a fan of the Ost line of mechs; so I have a bias over the Dragon. This Dragon does mount 13 tons of armor. That's more than a Warhammer or Marauder, while the Ostsol only mounts 9 tons. The weapons difference is just as lopsided with the advantage going to the Ostsol. With a 26 point frontal damage potential, the Ostsol must try to get to the shorter ranges. With a 17 pint damage potential, the Dragon must hope to remain at range. Especially since 12 of it's 17 damage points are in excess of range 4-7. All in all, it's my opinion that the Ostsol will win this match 7 out of 10 times. I took into consideration the chances for lucky crits the Dragon can get as the Ostsol closes to optimum range. Otherwise Ostsol wins 9 out of 10 times.

								| Regretfully, i have to agree that this dragon has little chance again an Ostsol. Best likened to a toothless dragon that can only gnaw rabbits.
