So if this is the LIGHT version does that mean the Heavy does 50 points of damage?

The damage to weight to range make this WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY to overpowered. It has no drawbacks and only weighs 6 tons?

So it out ranges the current Gauss, out damages and weighs less than half?

With this kind of damage I would rather see
3-6-9 and weighs. But since it sthe light version I would make it work more along the lines of the IS light Gauss. Mabey lighten it by a ton though.

(I had to make some changes to the Buster Rifle because medium range was too high.I hope it is a little better.)

I am all for powerful weapons in Btech but your buster rifle is ridiculous. It has no tactical or material disadvantage. It weighs less than a clan ER PPC, does 10 more points damage, and shoots farther for only 2 heat and 8 shots per ton?! I like seeing new equipment around, but this particular piece is so out of balance it would disrupt the game. No thanks.

Ok 175 points of damage starting at range 25? sorry this is WAY to over powered. Especially in the hands of an elite pilot. At a range of 25 with a 1 pilot and open terrain I would need 7's. So if I hit with 4 your mech takes 100 points of damage. If I get lucky and hit will all 7 there is a very good posibility that your toast.

Try Doubling the weight/heat, and halving the ammo/range.

Raise the heat to 8 Lower the mass to 12 and the crits to 8. The ammo is ok and so is the range except where is 5, 9 and 10?
