It will be a convention the next
23-24-25 april,and I need to create
a self contained scenario.
It will be also a sorta of demo,than
shouldn't be complicated.
I don'tknow how many players adhere
to it (I hope many)
My idea is laying a defender. escorting a
convoy,and the attacker try to
destroy it.
I self made some truck and now
I'm asking wich kind of mechs or eventually
vehicle I could use for an easy play?

O.K. if you are looking for a simple scenario for introducing new people or for less experienced players I would advise using 3025 level one equipment have the convoy escorted with a mixed force of light to medium vehicles and mechs.for vehicles use things like :
Striker Light
J.Edgar Light Hovercraft
Warrior H-7 Attack Helicopter
the convoy itself could include J-27 Ordnance Transports.
Mechs could include:
THE-S Thorn
COM-2D Commando
JVN-10N Javelin
JR7-D or JR7-F Jenners
CLNT-2-3T Clint
TBT-5N Trebuchet.
The OP FOR should use a mix of fast lights and medium to heavy fire support mechs .
The main thing is keep it simple you Can use BV to help balance forces I would avoid having to many heavies and keep away from assaults you want to have the equipments on both sides pretty close in size and strength.

Humm.. I could use this unit
defender: WTH-TBT-DV-VEDETTE X2,escorting
a lance of flat bed or J27(Icould also include
trailers).Attacker:THN-THN-CLNT-JVL
balancing bv giving better skill to the ATT.
Just cause the above list is painted
in the same colors.

Here I'm.Finally I could expose my work
and with great satisfaction I saw beginner
stuked on tha chair for 6 hours playng BT
So the contest was;
Defender:smoke jaguar refugees
Nova D
elemental point small laser
" " MG
Attacker 1st wave (bandits)
lct 1s
lct 3v
lct 1e
fs9 h
the planet port kirin.
The battle focused on a repair facility .
during the 14th turn it will come a daishi S
x defender and 3 WSPs 6 STGsx bandits.
Than in turn 20th 8 infantry platoon.
We experimented using elemental as
a single target.
I was using the bandits and gave few
mechs x beginners.
finally we play 18 rounds.
at the end I was very tired and satisfied..

There wasn't a real winner.
I got 2 lct heavy damaged(1 litterly crippled
and 1s with no armor in CT) a wsp took
heavy damage in a side torso loosing
hs and jj.
The elemental points lost 2 pieces each
and out of srm.
the blkhawck sustained also heavy damage
in rear armor and it was out of ammo with
lrms and with
only few shots of lb/5 remaining.I think a couple of turn
more and it could get down.
The daishi was in full activity and we close
the game (after 6 hours)that was completly
surrounded by bandits mechs.....
