Pretty standard again, just like to hear peoples opinions. I would go for the Schrek PPC carrier myself, or maybe the Condor, don't know why but the condor has been a nice hover for me, i also like the Alacorn,

The Po. I've said it before and I'll say it again...in a campaign where c-bills are used to regulate composition of forces, the Po is one of the best buys out there.

Demolisher II, Demolisher (Gauss Variant), Yello Jacket, Zhukov....hmm those about cover it. I love using Zhukovs against clanners and snatching a couple clan UACs to replace the standards

Hmm...of the stock vehicles, the Drillson followed by the Myrmidon, Manticore (tech 1 version only), Gauss Rommel, Regulator and the Scimitar...

For standard designs, the Po rocks. I also love the original Rommel and Patton tanks. The LRM and SRM carriers are brilliant, even the Periphery versions. And to be honest, I have to throw a nod to the Hetzer. The Fluff is funny as hell, and to be honest, it really isn't that bad of a machine. I've seen far worse! It just needs to be deployed right.
All time favorite? Planetlifter!!!!! Load it with jump infantry and have fun.

Hmm. This is a hard one. But with rolling terrain (i.e. unlimited map boards) I like the Warrior VTOL or the Yellow jacket gunship (nasty little bugger)

That would really depend on what I'm supposed to do, wouldn't it?
I like the 35-ton Scarborough hovertank series for general work. Fast, well armed, not too expensive. Can be used almost anywhere, and I've got jump-capable mechs for the places hovertanks can't go.

Ground: Galleon '58. It presents your opponent with a real conundrum....it's not really worth shooting at, but it packs too much firepower to ignore it completely...
Air: Cavalry Attack copter. Keep it hiding for most of the fight (it is a VTOL, after all), then bring it out later to bring all those SRMs to bear on everybody's thin armor. When I am GMing, I frequently give a player a couple of these as reinforcements
