Daph, the power plant is already an XL. Why do you people constantly miss things like this? BWAHAHAHA. And yeah, I'm not perfect either since I make my own mistakes

Be advised people who are responing to critiques of Daphnes, her computer crashed a cpuple of monthes ago (child fed it a Popsicle) And except for the post she made from her work computer she has not been on line since.So she is unable to see these responses

Well get ahold of her and let her know I build computers like uber cheap if she still has a working monitor, keyboard, and mouse I can put together a decent box for around $275.00

Trouble is I have little information to go on to find her she lives in Grand Rapids Michigan is 37 has daughters who last fall were 12,11,and 18 months not much to use to find somebody...Oh yah she plays Battletech on her own(eg not because eshe ha a significant other who does.)

Umm, thats scary, I live in grand rapids MI. If Daphne is her real name she'd be easy to find.

Like 52X CD-ROM, AMD Athlon 2500+ XP Processor, 128MB PC2100 DDR RAM, On Board 10/100 NIC, 3D Sound, and 3D AGP Video. Has a 250W power supply, the only downside is the MB only has 2 PCI expansion slots and the above mentioned AGP slot. Also only 2 RAM slots. For a little extra I can change it to a MB with better slots, and $10 more gets you a crappy ole intel celeron instead of the AMD Athlon. Of course the celeron MB is slightly better in that it has 1 more PCI slot, but to me that isnt worth the severe drop in performance. I would personally advise paying a bit more and having a better MB, a 350 or higher power supply, and PC2700 DDR RAM instead of the standard kit. But hey, I designed it for college students on a very small budget

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the HD is not included with the basic kit, so the price is slightly variable on what size HD you want for it. Also the price can be brought way down if you dont want it right away as I can buy parts much cheaper at the computer show and/or on ebay (new only).

Considering there are only 2 stores here where you can purchase battletech related items...well that kinda makes it real narrow. Of course for all we know she only shops online.

The information I have indicates that she does shop at brick and mortar stores and may play at one that allows it

Play what there? None of the stores here have a b-tech game group anymore, and haven't for a couple of years. Riders hobby shop allows gamers to play there, but everyone plays Warhammer WH:40K and some fantasy minis game. The other store is just a book store and only sells used stuff, I'll get a list of it to post here since no one has bought any in quite some time other than me heh. If anyone wants any of it, I'll buy it for em provided they send me a check/MO that covers it and shipping.
