Well, I think I know, but who's buying a round for the house?

The fix is in, fellow bar patrons! It would seem that the owner has won the lottery. *looks suspiciously at Mordel*

Ok, let me give you the story which makes this even funnier. When chihawk was over last Saturday watching the Patriots, I mentioned how I wanted to fix it so someone would win. The reason being is no one had won, and I didn't really know if the system actually worked. So if I fixed the numbers to match someone elses, I would know.
I never did it, but it turns out I won. Very ironic, and it does look bad. However, I don't really need the credits (what for?). I usually only buy tickets to help raise the pool, and even then I only buy the standard ten.
What I was going to do is put it back in the pool. But I think what I'm going to do instead is look through the records. Determine who has bought a lottery ticket. Whoever has, I'll split the money evenly amongst those people.
That way, when I win, everyone wins. Although it did feel good coming home from a night of playing pool and drinking beer to find out I won.

Woohoo!
*counts the nine credits he got as part of the split [which hasn't happened yet]*
Crud Stink!
And Kyu Kage, get cracking on the NSS game, there are those that wish to kick some pirate tail, even if they have Clan Tech.

Ok, out of the pure generosity which lies within my heart and soul, I gave the money back to the people. I took the total number of tickets that were bought from the beginning and compared it to the number each user bought. Each user then got a percentage of the 2516 equal to the percentage of the total. Essentially, this meant that each user got back the credits they put into the lottery plus some additional spending.
Should my number come up again, however, I will only count the tickets bought for that drawing so only users who bought tickets in that drawing will get money redistributed. Enjoy...

I guess I need to pay more attention. I did not even notice more credits. But then again I have never been known to notice the obvious.
