It's kind of funny that they all seem to think the Google corporation is responsible for this...I guess some of them were too busy seeing red to read the explanations.

Apparently, there's a phrase in that bio in which Gebhardt calls Bush a "miserable failure" and that's what Google keyed off of. And since that article was the one with the most hits, "I'm Feeling Lucky" picked it up.
