Seems kind of devastating, but that is what a nuclear strike is suppose to be, I suppose. I can see where it could come in handy.

What's the point of removing cards from the scrapheap after the game is over?

So, if this card is not scrapped the one opportunity you have to, it can never be removed from the game? Can it be attacked? There has to be some way to get rid of it. Maybe with another card that is sort of this ones defense.

								| Well, the cards should be removed the turn, the Nasty Marauder attacks and is not blocked. This may prevent some unpleasant events, like using Dr.Ariel Reed, MedEvac Team and other "Treasures" to return the cards from the Scrapheap.
And in the Panic's case, scrapping it next turn is obligatory. If you know a way to legally keep it in game, let me know.

								| Make it a unique and remove the "and deals 2 damage to an opponent's Stockpile". +5 attack when it attacks the opponents stockpile and isn't blocked ( Forged Order ) is to much !| Quote:

And it only complicates the card without being necessary.

A subterfuge card which prevents the opponent from using ANY Command Card, including his Supports to produce Resources is too strong !| Quote:

Even if you would make it unique and raise the cost, the combination with other cards which allow you to recycle subterfuge cards from your scrapheap, search subterfuge cards out of your stockpile, or playing subterfuge cards without having to pay for their cost, unbalances the game in such a way that nobody will want to play with ANYBODY who uses this card in one of his decks.
