Very simple answer to this one. Some branches don't have walk-in ATM machines, only drive-thru. Therefore, the drive-thru ATM also acts as the walk-up ATM. And since blind people DO walk, they have Braille.

actually mighty mordel its even simpler then that. banks usually use only one teller type on there property. meaning the ones in the drive thru are just the same as the walk up, why? because it saves money.

It is easier to produce a one size fits all faceplate. So, all faceplates and such are Embrailled. Companie buy in bulk and simce the americans with disabilities act requires more than token support for the SLL types, it makes a bureaucratic sense. (buy in bulk, with the SLL features and its like paying normal price for the plain machine after the discount)

why do the call them apartments when they're so close together?

If one's man trash is another man's treasure, then why on the fourteenth level of the Dungeon of Naztheeren you never find a treasure chest full of like bannana peels, dirty diapers, socks with holes, lint, and such????????
