O.K. you have an I.C.E. engine and energy weapons you need a power converter for the energy weapons they weigh 10% of the weight of the weapons they provide power for

sadly I don't have HMPro so I have no idea if I can even do that.

If you have Max Tech the rules on I.C.E. mechs are in there .The section on vehicles in the construction chapter in any of the rule books will have the rules on I.C.E. power converters which are basicaly an electrical generator (alternator).

even sadder, I don't have ANY of the construction rules. I'm using The Drawing board to produce my machines.

O.K. I am not familier with Drawing Board( I think it was used in the Solaris league I was in 5 years ago that was level 1 Assuming that you have a custom equipment option a power converter wieghs 1 ton for every ton of energy weapons rounded up to the nearest 0.1 ton.Until I got this computer in February I did all my designs by hand using pencil paper and a pocket calculator
