Maximum Tech. But according to even Level 3 rules, it can't be used as weapon. Prolly due to the fact it would be way too popular.  You gotta love the mental picture...

For some reason I thought I saw them somewhere else. In one of the new sourcebooks. But, as usual, I could be wrong. My memory ain't what it use to be.
