The reason i didn't hex base mount them...well...wouldn't want BK to do a nature call on his mech's foot..hehe
Well no. These minis are made for specific ppl that play in the MW4:Mercs NBT league. Most of them do not play tabletop so the hex would be lost on them maybe. This way it makes the mech more a personal gift (brass nameplate...the works) and honors their achievments.
Plus...they really look cool like this i think (and i have enough minis laying around that i can sacrifice some like this.)

Nice Job, The mechs are well done but the gloss finish and lack of highlights from what I can tell in the photos takes a little away. Terrain is real nicely done. Maybe if Lobsterback logs on again he will throuw some pics up.
But your players or group should be real thankful. If not, screw'um.
AWAD- painted the entire Crimson Jannissaries unit..... and was miffed when the PCs sold a mech or had it blown away, meant more painting for me

Hmm...common comment that gloss finish thing...
actually it's a matte' finish that is still 'wet'...so i see where the glossyness would come from. And time was running out for good light so i had to take advantage of that...
But...i'll do better next time..thx
