basicly what it says is that topps makes X amount off of Wizkids' profit and will pay wizkids Y amount if sales are hurting, really nothing changes in terms of the company structure and staffing, but both acquire money from this. (or atleast thats what it says to me)

Yeah it looks to be more of a merger and a putting of Tops names on WizKids products...not like what happened to FASA.
