Just another of my industrial 'Mech designs. I finally got off my butt and started finishing them. lol

==Overview:==
One of the most popular Industrial 'Mechs ever produced, General Mechanics Harvest Master was an all purpose farming tool. Capable of plowing, reaping, seeding, fertilizing and many other tasks, the Harvest Master was common through out the Inner Sphere during the golden age.
==Capabilities:==
Most unusual about the Harvest Master is the large and bulky arms. Containing various types of equipment, the arms can plow fields, harvest the crop and lift objects with a crude set of hands. Although not pretty, they are functional and tough, able to lift nearly the 'Mechs own weight.
In addition, the Harvest Master has an apparatus that is capable of spread seed, manure, water or pesticides. Along with both of these features, the design features large feet that help reduce ground pressure, later used in other Industrial 'Mechs. Though the agro 'Mech is incapable of producing great speed, the large engine enables it to produce massive amounts of horse power, enabiling the machine to plow through the hardest soil.
The cockpit of the Harvest Master is incredibly simple for a 'Mech and uses even less controls than other Industrial 'Mechs. It is not much more complicated that other farm equipment. In addition, when the 'Mech was produced, free training was included with orders, making the 'Mech very popular.

==Variants:==
Many armed variants have been created over the years, to help fend off bandit attacks. The most common even has it's own designation, the SLC-396AM.
It removes all farm equipment, save for part of the aggro combine, which is used as a close assault weapon of questionable value. The other arm mounts an Autocannon 5 with 20 reloads and an SRM4 with 25 reloads in the center torso. The heat system is usually given an upgrade to help manage the larger amount generated by battle.

==Deployment==
Although once common through human space, the Harvest Master is rarely seen today. Most of the centuries old machines are owned by prosperous farms on the core worlds of the successor states.
