Myomer Electronic Enhancement System:
this beauty combines the neat effects of TSM with the usability of MASC.
rules: When activated the system gives all the benafits of activated TSM, with the exception of the removal of movement penalty do to heat. heat effects this system normaly.
the system is activated on the movement phase only and requires a roll of 3+ similar to MASC. each consecitive turn increases the roll difficulty by +1.
ie: 1st turn: 3+; 2nd turn: 4+; 3rd turn: 5+
for each turn the system is not used the penalty goes down by +1.
while active double all heat generated by movement.
weight: same as IS MASC.
crits: 1 crit in each arm, leg, and side torso.

Does it give you both Movement Advantages? The +1 for TSM and the Doubling the Walk as in MASC Together. Is the TSM advantage applied first or the MASC???

It seems like a natural extension of the TSM idea. It shouldn't double heat created by jumping because the myomer isn't the main system for that type of movement.

no, it gives only the TSM advantages, but uses the selectability of MASC. to get improved hatchet dmg you flip a switch, but risk myomer failure, increased heat, and a cost in weight.

i did that for ease of calculation and to prevent jumping mechs from over abusing the idea. i could use a straight +5 or +6 to your heat whenever the systems activated.
