Kay... fiddled around to see what I could come up with...and here it is.
35 tons
315 XL Engine
9 Walk
14 Run
Endo Steel
Stealth Armor (104 pts, 6.5 tons)
ER PPC
Gaurdiam ECM Suite
It loses a bit of effectiveness when ditching the good capacitor, but it still retains the long range and hard to hit-ness.
Cost is 7,440,660
BV is 899
Um...there is enough room to install TSM, and the heat profile would probably support it with the deactivation of one heat sink. Boost the speed to 10/15, so its something to look into.

You were wrong last night, too...its only 1.5 tons for the Gaurdian ECM

Great design, this is the kind of design I'd fill my ranks with...if I had a way to get ahold of Stealth armor...
Very nice. I always enjoy seeing stealth armor 'mechs, though really, they kinda scare me, what with my emphasis on sniping. lol
