I went to edit a post I just made on Warner's thread looking for info about our feelings with CBT, and had a brain cramp and deleted the thread instead.
My apologies to Warner and all other interested parties for doing that. 
Warner should feel free to repost the topic (and the "group answer" he made) should he feel it nessessary.
