What books are the rules for light engines and the RAC? I've been able to get alot of rulebooks and sorcebooks but I still can't find any rules on either of these.

I use them both quite a bit, but the Light Engines have become something of the "in thing" when designing. You get weight back, but not the vulneribility of an XL.
