Ok, time for another movie review from yours truly...

First of all, I should note that after that last fiasco of a Bond film, I was on the verge of giving up the whole thing as I was really getting disgusted by them and tired of the whole same old every time...I decided that Die Another Day would be one that would make or break any others that may come out later...

Well, I think I may give the next one a chance...

Perhaps it was because I didn't go into the theater expecting anything of the movie, but I found that I did actually enjoy the film, cliches, occassional corny lines and all...another reason might have been because of the soundtrack...this is the first Bond film that I actually want to get the soundtrack for, I liked the music that much...

As for the rest of the movie, it wasn't too bad, considering it was pretty much the SOS...had a couple of nice twists (I especially liked the scenes with the cars, and what happened to Bond in the beginning I really liked too)...and the scene with MoneyPenny at the end was just great...And Halle Berry helped too (Frost didn't look too bad either, especially in that outfit at the end)...

All in all, I enjoyed the 2 hours I spent watching the film...Pierce may not be Sean Connery, but he made a decent Bond in this film...if you like Bond, this is one to see...

i agree, just saw it yesterday thought it was on the same lvl as Goldeneye pretty good movie but it was the basically the same bond storyline with a few twist... the last bond movie sucked the chrome off a trailer hitch.

I saw it Friday. I like having Halle Berry in the Picture(The more shots the better.
Some scenes were kind of hokey (Like the Diamonds in the guys' face, that you reach up and take them out with a pair of tweezers). The Car work was well done, finally someone with a decently modified vehicle besides 007.
