This is actually Slythis's design. No bad at all even though it's munchy.

Not sure what to put in terms of history and deployment. I plan on using this design as my personal Mech for LV 3 games, and Fan fiction. My old Merc unit (wich I left to form my own) had Wolf in Exile connections, so I was thinking about making it a "failed" WIE prototype that was not taken to because of it's physical weapon.

I know what you're thinking about that it, as the Major said, "skirts the edge of reality" but, also as the major said, "So does Fan Pro at times"

I like it...I worried about ammo explosions, but then there's no ammo to explode. Then I worried above movement, then I realized you have TSM and enough heat to power it. All around, very nice.

It mounts Inner Sphere Triple Strength Mynomer and an Inner Sphere clost assault weapon. And design with Mixed Tech is automatically Level 3, though in many places it's still allowed in friendly Level 2 games. (Provided you have a good reason why the Techs are mixed. Usually battlefield salvage.)

the only reason the Techs are mixed is b/c the clans don't like Melee and (from what I understand) doesn't have TSM

I made a change to this design, I dropped the 5 MPLs and ERML, and replaced them with two (C) Large Pulse Lasers and a (C) ECM suite. not to mention the needed armor and heat sink changes. heat is now exactly 10 of the disapation.
