Mmmm... I presume we have to pick one score, not individual themes.
In that case the vote goes to Star Wars.. though the Imperial March (from Empire Strikes Back), and the Raiders' March (from Indiana Jones) and the Jaws "heartbeat" theme must rank with the Main Title of Star Wars as the best compositions ever of John Williams. _________________ Memento audare semper

I thought the JP theme was one of his best. To this day, I recall the music clear as day. It's one of my favorites.

Actually, I think all of his stuff is good. It was a tough choice but I picked Episode V because of Imperial March and all of the other music that is great for setting all kinds of moods during a gaming session.

Though the worst of the original three, 'Return of the Jedi' is IMO Williams' best track ever. Basically the ultimate refinement of all his Star Wars stuff. To bear: Listen to 'The Emperor arrives'. The way it starts with the Imperial March that dissolves in a trumpet solo which modulates into the Emperor's theme is just divine! My single favourite of Williams' compositions....
Out ot the above list, my 2nd favourite would probably be Schindler's List. A most excellent main theme. But Williams has made soo many other great ones, Hook, The Patriot, Harry Potter, etc....
Having said all that, I really prefer Danny Elfman and Jerry Goldsmith to Williams. Heck, I even get a huge kick out of Eric Serra! Not to forget the ruler of all: Philip Glass (Mishima is the BEST soundtrack EVER!!!!!). But I consider him an independent composer, he can't be thrown into this movie lot.
