With all that's going on in N. Korea, I've been wondering, just exactly who has nukes these days? Besides Us and the Russians that is.

India and Pakistan do. I believe Israel has one or two, but they aren't making more. Most of the old USSR countries have old Russian nukes. China has them I think.

Actually, all of the former Soviet territories asked the Russians (and the West) to get those nukes back into Russian territory. None of them wanted to deal with the logistical expenses required to maintain them, nor the political headache associated with weapons of mass destruction.

Rumors abound of South Africa having at least two nukes, one at the most. Same rumors have them and Isreal working together to make them.

They were rumored to have one that was ready to go and working on a second one as of 1993.
But I haven't heard anymore and since the change in government in South Africa they seem to be trying to stay OUT of the news as much as the can.
But yes one maybe two.

A few years back, I read an article which stated that Italy wanted to get one; their stumbling block according to the article was the lack of an area to test one in.
BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if the Swiss are sitting on one now.
