Ok i downloaded megamek. That was the easypart. Now I nee to know how to acctually get into a game. So.... how do I do it? Is I like an open server like b.net or do I need a directlink to another computer can anyone help?

MegaMek.com has details on a specific gaming group.
If you and a friend or two just want to have some fun here are a few easy steps to follow.
1) Make sure you are all running the same version
2) Decide who will host the game, everyone will need to have his IP number and be able to connect to him. Routers and proxys may make this interesting.
2a) To get around routers and proxys you may have to change the port number
3) Have the host start a new session
4) Every one connects
5) The fun begins
There are detailed instructions that come with MegaMek in the readme files.
