How do I submit my custom designs to the Design Submissions Bar & Grill? I've noticed that all submissions follow the same layout, but I can't figure out how to replicate it.

When creating a unit change the "Configure unit designer settings" on the first tab. (Gear and wrench symbol in the upper left.) There is a common tab which gives the option to post units to the bar and grill.
