You guess right.
The M.O. will use only Level 2 rules unless otherwise noted in the Rule-Set.

Hi Clutch,
with "otherwise noted in the Rule-Set" you are mentioning the Olympiad Introduction PDF file ?
Or did i miss something important ?

I was just saying where the rules for infantry squads come from. Never said it would/could be used in the MO 
Though being that i think it's listed as a level 2 rule in the book and how worthless standard infantry really is in comparison, I would think it should be allowed if only to make thinks more interesting =)
