Back in the day, I scratchbuilt myself some buildings based on the Wizkids MWDA terrain templates. In my long absence, I taught myself the basics of 3D modeling. I'm working on doing some 3D models based on those templates, and other buildings I thought would be cool. Here are some screenshots.
Right now they're all scaled for 28mm, but I plan on scaling them down for CBT.
Now to see if I can get some images to show (it's been a few years since I've done this)
Based on the pyramind ships from Stargate
Based on the Arrakis Palace from one of the Dune movies
The Jedi/Sith Temple. Interestingly enough, if you look at it from above, it resembles the insignia of the Empire.
Yeah, it's a stargate. This was actually a commission I did for a friend. It hold an infinity mirror.
"The Splat Zone," a village I designed for a paintball park. I've actually printed this one and it turned out great.
Four sets make the entire village.
Building "B1" from the Wizkids templates. This one is still a work in progress.
As always, C&C is welcome. Ideas, criticism, and especially dark humor and sarcasm are all appreciated!
