Overview:
    In 3044 the Metal Ant Regiment stationed on Abagnar needed a rugged and simple transport
    helicopter. Abagnar Rotorwing Manufacturing, known only on the planet itself for small to
    medium civil rotorcraft, started a collaboration with the Abagnar Technical University to
    venture into its first military grade design.
    In late 3045 the first Gale Transport Helicopter was delivered to the Metal Ants for
    testing. They accepted the helicopter into its roster.

Capabilities:
    A simple, easy to maintain low tech machine the Gale convinced the Metal Ant with its high
    speed and its reliability.
    It can carry up to four tons of cargo or infantry alike but is unarmed.

Deployment:
    The Gale serves with the Nirasaki Guards Infantry Regiment, a part of the Metal Ants roster,
    and the Abagnar militia.

Variants:
    Two field refit kits were delivered by Abagnar Rotorwing Manufacturing:
    Two side mounted Parabellum MG or MG-L machineguns resp. light machineguns together with an
    Atlan Electronics TT1 Hawkeye targeting and tracking system. This reduces its cargo capacity
    to 2.5 tons.
    Or two AMCO Shusui A SRM-2 firing forward with 100 missiles. This reduces its cargo capacity
    to a single ton.
