Overview:
    A Clan Cloud Cobra refit of the Hardshot IIC 6 to diversify its firepower that was
    eventually codified as a distinct version, the IIC 9 is the primary Hardshot IIC variant
    produced in the Clan Homeworlds following the Wars of Reaving.

Capabilities:
    The ER Large Lasers of the IIC 6 are removed in exchange for 4 Medium Pulse Lasers, which
    are mounted coaxially with 2 on either side of the main UAC/20. A Small Pulse Laser are also
    mounted frontward to ensure some degree of firepower is always focused forward, and two ER
    Small Lasers are mounted rearward to deter would-be ambushers.
