I want to make a custom Nightstar variant for my personal use. The variant calls for 2 Hvy PPC, each with a Capacitor, and a ER PPC with a Capacitor, and hopefully with two Medium Re-Engineered Lasers, and either a Small x-Pulse Laser, or Small Re-Engineered Laser. Question is where's the PPC Capacitor in the custom list ?!?!?!

When you place the HPPC in distribution, if the tech level is high enough, a gear symbol will appear on the right. CLick it and it will give you additional options, including PPC capacitors.
