Overview:
    "Project 102" is just an idea to upgrade the classical 3025 mechs to a certain extend.
    Changing heatsinks, integrating CASE, maybe some little tweaks concerning weapons (little
    relocation / change of ammo, equipment or armour - there will be no endo or XL-engines) -
    though I'll try to keep the "spirit"

I like the concept of upgrade the mechs, especially in a limited way, double strength heat sink are a game charger for sure. I do like endo steel, endo compostie internal structure.

In universe. Converting a mech to Endo steel is a fairly labor intensive process. The entire mech pretty much needs to be disassembled and then reassembled. Which is something you're going to want depot level support to pull off.
