You need to at battle value on this mech maker, this were I get this info. and their is a multiplier to the value of armor,internal structure and standard gyros, so it is not cost the C-bills cost.

My question should their be a increase for the value of armor and internal structure,armor value, and Gyro value then a multiplier added. Then added to the overall value. I think it needs mayor reform.

The amount of armor points and structure points, along with their types, already do have a direct impact on the Battle Value. As does the gyro type. Here's part of the BV breakdown for one of the Albatross models that shows that:
