Overview:
While reducing the long range missile capability of an Archer is generally considered a bad
idea, some less-than-legal organizations might not have a choice in the matter. Adding the
long range punch of an ER PPC with the up close hitting power of an SRM-6, however, is a
shockingly effective compromise that makes this FrankenMech a tough opponent to tangle with.
Capabilities:
Grafting the right arm and torso of a Warhammer to the frame of an Archer produces a fire
support 'Mech that also has the ability to provide punishing damage at all ranges. Deleting
the LRM-20 and medium lasers of that side while adding an ERPPC and SRM-6 gives the
ArchHammer versatility on the battlefield. The addition of two heavy duty jump jets gives
this 'Mech a surprising maneuver ability that most opposing MechWarriors don't expect.
Deployment:
The ArchHammer was seen on Lackland in 3151 by a hired security team guarding a civilian
supply convoy. It was a unique machine piloted by a pirate operating out of the old Tortuga
Dominion.
