Overview:
    Another model of the Marauder IIC designed and built by Clan Jade Falcon on Sudeten, the
    Marauder IIC 12 is designed to survive and hit hard at both long and short-range
    engagements.

Capabilities:
    Wanting to make the Marauder IIC more heat efficient, but not loose any of its hard-hitting
    firepower, Jade Falcon scientists first downgraded the fusion core. Although only able to
    reach maximum ground speeds of 54 kph, the smaller engine freed up a large amount of mass
    for weapons. To help maintain mobility, three jump jets were added to the design, allowing
    this 85 ton monster to make leaps of up to 90 meters at a time.
    
    Although the extended-range PPC’s in the arms were maintained as is, the medium pulse
    lasers were moved to the side torsos, replacing the extended-range small lasers that were
    previously present in those locations. Similarly, the small lasers in the center torso were
    replaced with an another pair of medium pulse lasers. In lieu of the pulse lasers in the
    arms, improved medium heavy lasers were mounted. Finally, the extended-range PPC in the
    torso was replaced with a Gauss rifle fed by three tons of ammunition in the opposite torso.
    
    
    To make room for both the jump jets and both pulse lasers in the center torso of this
    machine, a compact gyro of Inner Sphere design was acquired and installed. Additionally, to
    further improve defenses, the mass of the ferro-fibrous armor plating was increased to 14
    tons, granting the BattleMech maximum armor protection for its frame.

Deployment:
    Having only begun production since the rise of the ilClan, the Marauder IIC 12 has not yet
    been delivered to many units. As more are constructed, it is sure to see additional combat
    in this volatile region of space.

This is a monster problem for any foe to attempt to deal with. I personally would have had a preference for fewer pulse lasers and more heat sinks but as is, how many can I order?

Note that the lasers and the PPC’s both generated 30 heat each. With 16 double heat sinks, you can fire either weapon set, the gauss and walk to be heat neutral, or run for one heat or jump for 2 heat.

If absolutely needed, you can fire one ppc, the lasers and the gauss and walk and still be active, if quite warm. A full alpha strike will almost certainly shut you down, but it’s also over 90 points of damage if everything hits.
