==Overview:==
     Designed as a armored calvary close air support VTOL, the Navoho serve
its purpose well against conventional forces. costing only 1.5 million, the
AH-98 is a cheap alternative to aerofighters. Thou not as fast as a fighter
its ability to stay on field gives it an advantage.

==Capabilities:==
     Designed from less expensive coponets, the AH-98 proves durable and 
inexpensive. two goals of the design team. another goal was firer power, an
lots of it. 

     the primary weapon consists of the 30mm Rotary Cannon, mounted on a ch
turret and controled by the weapons officer. this weapon is keyed into an 
advanced firer control computer, allowing for amazing precision at range.

     the seconday armerments consist of rocket pods mounted on the payload 
wings. these can be fired either by the pilot or the gunner. shot range, bu
packing a punch for there weight. they are used to take out lightly armored
targets, with a shower of warheads.

     the last item is the intergrated ECM system, desgned to counter the de
threat of Streak SRM systems. these self guiding firer and forget weapons p
a threat to most objects, but very deadly to VTOL's delicate rotor's. as a 
resort, the cockpit compartment can double as an ejection pod.

==Variants:==
     Thou not really a variant, the proto type AH-98 mounted a single barre
70mm autocannon. this proved to slow a fire rate for anything but anti-infa
work, and the advanced FCS was not avalible. resulting in a unit with only 
light punch and inaccurate to boot. the only saving grace was the sixty roc
carried, and the low cost.

==Deployment==
     The first of these VTOL's are seeing production. They will first be pl
in major armored calvaries, then to infantry units.
