When did any clans started to openly sell weapons,armor. battlemechs and worked with inner sphere military manufacturers to include the periphery states. The dates as in year not months, was it sporadic or did it maintain sales as long as the clan power remain intact or had lost a trial of grievance against this policy?

Clan Diamond Shark began selling Inner Sphere produced Harjel (made in the Twycross system) to the Draconis Combine (via the Nova Cats) and the Lyrans (via Wolves in Exile) in 3065, and began openly selling the Mad Cat Mk II (named intentionally with the Inner Sphere name) to Inner Sphere powers in 3066.
